
Online marketeer - Paid Media Specialist
Job description
The basic mission of the Marketing team is to generate the number of leads that the sales channels (Telesales, sales, agencies...) need to achieve Partenamut's growth objectives. To boost lead generation, we promote our core and insurance products and launch digital campaigns. In this way, we attract new customers and cross-sell to our existing customers.
In order to generate a maximum of leads for Partenamut's products and services, the paid media specialist is responsible for the acquisition of leads and new customers through the management and optimization of paid advertising campaigns by maximizing visibility, engagement and conversions.
📣✨ On a daily basis:
You develop and implement the paid media strategy for Partenamut
You collaborate with the media agency to validate strategies, advertising creatives and necessary adjustments.
You manage Google and Meta Ads accounts for an e-commerce from A to Z.
You improve conversion rates (CRO) by analyzing funnels, performing A/B testing, and optimizing landing pages.
You analyze and report on performance based on KPIs (number of leads generated, CPL, CPC, conversion rate, engagement rate) and make the necessary adjustments
You monitor industry trends and stay on top of new technological and technical trends
You will ensure competitive and strategic intelligence while preparing reports to guide marketing decisions.
You collaborate with the content creation team to develop impactful ads.
Profile
You have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position.
You are proficient in advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn ads) as well as analytical tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio) to interpret KPIs (traffic, conversion, engagement rate). 📊
You master conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques and tools, including the analysis of user journeys, the development of hypotheses and avenues for improvement
You have knowledge of tracking tools such as Google Tag Manager, Tealium, ad pixels for conversion and event tracking.
You have knowledge of SEO in order to be able to fuel synergies with SEA and you have some knowledge of UX. 💻
You have an analytical mind and a good ability to prioritize tasks and are rigorous in monitoring projects.
You are curious and creative, 🤩 and you come up with innovative ideas to attract and engage users.
You have good written and oral communication to collaborate with internal (IT, UX/UI, Copy, etc.) and external (service providers) teams.
