Job description
As an Insurability Manager within Partenamut's Insurability team, you ensure that each client is in order to open, extend or close their rights in terms of compulsory and supplementary insurance, while guaranteeing the validity of the documents and meeting specific needs, in compliance with regulations and deadlines.
👉 On a daily basis:
You ensure that the customer is in order to be insurable in order to open, preserve and close his rights within the framework of compulsory insurance and supplementary insurance. ✅
You will check the validity of the documents provided by the customer and, if necessary, look for additional information in order to guarantee the management of their request in compliance with all the conditions of the Health and Disability Insurance.
You open, extend and/or terminate the customer's right to compulsory and supplementary insurance in compliance with regulations, procedures and deadlines.
You will answer questions from the customer and third parties as well as deal with any complaints from the customer in their field of activity via all available channels. 🤝
You anticipate the customer's needs and offer them the most advantageous solutions in their situation.
You provide and/or request insurability assistance to the various internal departments to ensure compliance with the relevant legislation.
Profile
You have at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent by experience. 🎓
You have a strong customer focus, demonstrating your ability to understand and respond to customer needs while respecting the rules and procedures in force.
Your ability to work in a team is undeniable, promoting cohesion and openness to the ideas of others.
You have a strong sense of quality and are change-oriented, able to adapt quickly to changes in the industry.
Your analytical and reasoning skills, allowing you to efficiently process requests and rigorously follow procedures, while ensuring optimal customer service. 🔎
Your proactive attitude and commitment are the driving forces behind your professional approach, contributing to customer satisfaction and the group's success in managing daily challenges.
Knowledge of Dutch and/or English is an asset.
