Job description
As a Team Lead Business Analyst & User Acceptance, you will be responsible for supervising a team of employees and organizing the work within this team, in order to participate in the achievement of the department's objectives.
Your day-to-day responsibilities are:
🤝 People Management
Ensure that the team delivers what it promises by taking into account customer needs, processes, performance, organization, skills, mindset, and behaviors.
Encourage the individual development of each team member by identifying training needs and providing opportunities for growth.
Contribute personally to the team's development by sharing knowledge, best practices and fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Manage human resources and the practical aspects of the team such as leave, schedule management, absences as well as individual performance.
Monitor the team's performance indicators and propose corrective actions if necessary.
💼 Content Management:
Provide technical and methodological support to team members in the performance of their tasks, sharing best practices and solving complex problems.
Take responsibility for the team's deliverables and ensure that they are completed on time and according to established quality standards.

Oversee the planning, design, execution, and validation of test cases, ensuring that they cover all relevant scenarios and business requirements.

Collaborate closely with development, design, and project management teams to ensure smooth communication and effective coordination of activities.
Identify opportunities to improve business analysis processes and propose initiatives to increase the efficiency and quality of deliverables.

Organize regular retrospectives with the team to assess past performance and plan future improvement actions.
Actively contribute to the development of the department's overall strategy by providing insights and recommendations based on the team's expertise and market needs.
Define KPIs to track the efficiency and quality of the team's work, such as test coverage rate, anomaly detection, and user satisfaction.
Profile
You have an in-depth knowledge of the technologies of the digital world.
Master's level or equivalent by experience (min 5 years). 🎓
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with an ability to work in a methodical and structured manner.
You have strong leadership skills that allow you to federate and manage your team as well as stakeholders
You have an outstanding customer focus .

You are diplomatic, have a strong sense of communication and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and understand the dynamics of collaboration between departments.
Previous experience as a project member or project manager, as well as a working knowledge of the Agile methodology.
You have expertise in the fields of business analysis and software testing.
You are familiar with business analysis methodologies and tools, including process modeling techniques.
You have a good knowledge of testing methodologies and tools, including the creation of test cases and the use of bug tracking tools.
Relevant certifications in business analysis or software testing (e.g., CBAP, ISTQB) would be an asset.
