Job description

As a Team Leader, your responsibilities are:

  •  Develop a vision and/or translate the vision given by the N+1 into concrete actions to carry out quality work and contribute to the success of the company. 

  • Proactively inform yourself about other services/departments and communicate about your activities authentically and confidently. 

  • Provide a continuous effort to improve our products, services and processes to ensure the development and success of the organization in the medium and long term. 

  • Define the key indicators to manage its activities in the short and medium term and to ensure that the client's expectations are met. 

  • To give a common vision and create a sense of belonging to make individuals work together. 🤝

  • Establish a collective framework for collaboration to ensure performance

  • To set up an individual framework of collaboration to coach, accompany, support the employee in his or her development and professional fulfillment, in a relationship of trust + knowing how to delegate at the individual level. 🤗

  • Have the appropriate level of technical knowledge in his/her field of activity and in relation to his/her level of responsibility. 

  • Know how to self-diagnose and implement actions to capitalize on one's strengths and work on areas of improvement to engage with Partenamut.

Profile

  • You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 🎓

  • You have management experience or demonstrate natural skills to supervise, federate and motivate a team with varied profiles.

  • You have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with an ability to create a positive dynamic and support your employees in their development.

  • You are agile and flexible and are oriented towards continuous improvement and analyze processes in order to optimize them and meet everyday challenges.

  • You will be able to work easily in innovative and collaborative environments and master common IT tools (Microsoft Office).

  • You are willing to take care of some operational activities yourself.

  • You know how to manage large teams and like to work in a team.

  • You are customer and results-oriented. 👌
