Job description
As a Team Leader, your responsibilities are:
Develop a vision and/or translate the vision given by the N+1 into concrete actions to carry out quality work and contribute to the success of the company.
Proactively inform yourself about other services/departments and communicate about your activities authentically and confidently.
Provide a continuous effort to improve our products, services and processes to ensure the development and success of the organization in the medium and long term.
Define the key indicators to manage its activities in the short and medium term and to ensure that the client's expectations are met.
To give a common vision and create a sense of belonging to make individuals work together. 🤝
Establish a collective framework for collaboration to ensure performance.
To set up an individual framework of collaboration to coach, accompany, support the employee in his or her development and professional fulfillment, in a relationship of trust + knowing how to delegate at the individual level. 🤗
Have the appropriate level of technical knowledge in his/her field of activity and in relation to his/her level of responsibility.
Know how to self-diagnose and implement actions to capitalize on one's strengths and work on areas of improvement to engage with Partenamut.
Profile
You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 🎓
You have management experience or demonstrate natural skills to supervise, federate and motivate a team with varied profiles.
You have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with an ability to create a positive dynamic and support your employees in their development.
You are agile and flexible and are oriented towards continuous improvement and analyze processes in order to optimize them and meet everyday challenges.
You will be able to work easily in innovative and collaborative environments and master common IT tools (Microsoft Office).
You are willing to take care of some operational activities yourself.
You know how to manage large teams and like to work in a team.
You are customer and results-oriented. 👌
