🤗 Your responsibilities as a Culture & Communication Advisor:
You will provide strategic advice, services and solutions tailored to the needs and challenges of the business as part of the "Internal Communication and Culture" activities in order to support the company's strategy and strengthen organizational alignment.
You will strengthen, promote and evolve Partenamut's organizational culture and internal communication, in direct connection with the company's strategy, values and priorities.
As an advisor, you conceptualize and propose innovative solutions to align employee behaviors, support and optimize organizational transformation.
You strengthen the overall impact of internal communication by integrating strategy at every level.
👉 Your responsibilities extend over several aspects:
1. Cultural and internal communication strategy
Advice and strategic management :
You monitor the current culture and make strategic recommendations for its evolution.
You play a strategic advisory role to senior management, human relations and organizational leaders to ensure that culture and communication support transformation and growth objectives.
You design and deploy concrete and measurable action plans to integrate the company's values and major cultural themes (customer experience, user experience, quality, simplification, etc.) into daily behavior.
You translate complex issues into clear and impactful messages for employees.
You develop and implement internal communication policies and an editorial approach aligned with the strategic priorities and needs of the teams.
Anticipation and innovation :
You anticipate emerging trends and needs by following market developments and innovations in internal communication.
You are a source of proposals for continuous improvement and the integration of external best practices.
You will monitor performance indicators with the team to measure the effectiveness of initiatives and ensure their strategic alignment.
2. Cultural transformation and ownership of strategy
Conceptualization and management of transformations :
You conceptualize innovative approaches and tools to foster cultural transformation and team engagement.
You support organizational transformations with cultural initiatives.
You will facilitate workshops in the context of culture and internal communication.
You collaborate with managers to drive cultural transformation through structured processes and targeted recommendations.
Animation and mobilization :
You will lead strategic workshops, workshops and discussion groups to mobilize collective intelligence around the vision, values and priorities.
You develop solutions for collective development, transversality and organizational dynamics.
3. Cultural Engagement and Initiatives
Program Development and Engagement Concepts :
You will work with the team to develop strategic concepts to improve the employee experience and cultural alignment.
You develop innovative engagement programs that foster a culture of continuous feedback, collaboration, agility and ownership.
You translate the results into actionable recommendations to refine the strategy and tools.
Initiatives dedicated to target groups :
You create spaces for exchange and engagement (workshops, seminars, collaborative platforms).
You strengthen commitment and adherence to corporate values through targeted campaigns and adapted devices.
4. Internal communication strategy and content creation
Structuring of communication processes :
You map and optimize internal and cultural communication processes, in conjunction with the teams concerned.
You will design and maintain a communication practice guide, processes and checklists.
Deployment and content creation :
You conceptualize a multichannel internal communication strategy to deploy cultural and strategic initiatives.
You will design with the team editorial communication campaigns and content aligned with the company's vision.
You advise and support internal teams to deploy key messages throughout the organization.
5. Animation and organization of internal events
Design and animation of strategic events :
You will manage the design and facilitation of internal events (e.g. seminars, roadshows, emax) to strengthen cohesion and strategic alignment.
You integrate innovative concepts to maximize the impact and commitment of employees.
Monitoring and measuring results :
You ensure a rigorous follow-up of the objectives and results of the events organized, in conjunction with the team.
Profile
You have a level of education or equivalent by experience : Master's degree in communication, political science, labour science, change management, organizational psychology or equivalent. 🎓
Previous professional experience : Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar role (organizational culture, cultural transformation consulting, internal communication).

Expertise in conceptualizing and deploying innovative strategic solutions.
Relational leadership: ability to influence, convince and align complex stakeholders.
Tactical declination : ability to translate abstract concepts into concrete and measurable actions.
Knowledge of storytelling, strategic content creation and multi-channel communication. 💻
Facilitation of workshops, facilitation of meetings.

Excellent mastery of writing techniques (articles, communication plans), multi-channel content creation and storytelling.
