Job description
As a Customer Advisor within the branch network, your mission is to welcome existing or potential customers to the branch , find solutions to their situation and support them in a personalized way in compliance with the charter and regulations. It is also a question of promoting the offer in order to retain customers and participate in the net increase of the portfolio. 💼🤝
On a daily basis:
You actively contribute to the growth of the company by ensuring the acquisition and loyalty of customers by offering various products and/or services of the company.
You also participate in various sponsorship actions, promotional events, telephone sales, specific actions.
You welcome and establish contact with the customer and represent the image of the company. 🤗
You actively listen to and analyze the customer's request to understand and meet their needs(s) in terms of Health and Disability Insurance or redirect them to the appropriate services.
You will support customers/third parties/prospects in a personalized way, ensuring that you offer a quality service.
You will update the client's identification data , check their entire file and/or help them with their administrative procedures. 📝
Profile
You have a Bachelor's degree and/or have a first experience in customer consulting. 🎓
You like to learn new subjects.
You love business goals and are able to carry out actions in this direction – any experience in a sales function is an asset.
You are fluent in French. English is an asset.
You are customer-oriented and easy to contact, face-to-face or by phone.
You are empathetic and a good listener. 💙
You are resistant to stress and you like to work in a team.
You are ready to travel to different branches in your sector.
