Job description
As a Medical Healthcare Manager, your mission is to complete the procedures for medical approval requests in order to open the right to reimbursement of health care. 📝🩺
Your responsibilities as a Medical Healthcare Manager:
To analyse and check the authenticity of the criteria/documents that may give rise to the right to a medical agreement within the framework of compulsory health care insurance
Search for additional information in existing records or databases and, if necessary, contact clients, physicians/third parties to request additional information or missing documents
To give an agreement or a refusal of a medical agreement according to the matters that may be the subject of a delegation of the medical advisers or to prepare and submit/follow up on requests to the medical advisers to obtain their decision
Detect medico-social situations that require special attention for more personalized help/support to the client and refer the client internally if necessary
Follow up on customer complaints in compliance with regulatory conditions in order to avoid financial penalties
Communicate the decisions of the department or doctors via all channels and ensure the permanence to answer the various questions of the customers.
Profile
You hold at least a CESS or equivalent valuable experience.
You are proactive, dynamic and customer-oriented. 💛

You enjoy satisfying the customer's needs, achieving the goals set for you and are resistant to stress.
You are meticulous, conscientious and pay attention to detail. 🔎
You are analytical and autonomous and you have an affinity for digital.
You communicate easily orally and in writing in impeccable French and you have a good knowledge of Dutch and/or English.
